Preatable balconies or garden depending on the type. Four beds with possibility of the fifth if under 12 years of age. Air-conditioned and equipped with wi-fi. Uncovered parking and cellar in the basement. We rent annually for tourist use (NO RESIDENCE). Utilities expenses included in the price !!! Requests - May € 1.500 - June € 2.000 - July € 3.800 - August € 4.000 - September € 2.000. Annual tourist € 1.000 per month for the last floor apartment and € 800/900 per month for ground and first floors. The monthly includes the weekly cleaning with linen change, and is excluded instead the final cleaning of € 100 with a surcharge of € 50 if there are animals and the tourist tax to be paid at check-out. At the booking a deposit equal to one third of the final amount is required and at check-in a security deposit equal to 10% of the amount (but never under 300 euros).
